RETURN POLICY

  1. We allow product return within 1 day after receiving your package, only applicable for damaged product. Please attach unboxing video for evidence.

  2. Returned product must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed, with original packaging intact and original labels attached to each product.

  3. Return shipping cost is the customer responsibility, excluding additional duties and taxes.

  4. We don't accept product exchange.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund for damaged product will be paid to customer via bank transfer after product verification.

  2. Seken will only refund the product price, excluding initial shipping, additional duties, and taxes.
