SHIPPING PROCEDURE

  1. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp to arrange the shipping method and inform the cost (as a standard, domestic shipping within Indonesia will incur Rp 50,000 shipping cost)

  2. Once the shipping method and cost are confirmed, we will ship the product to you and send you the tracking number.

SHIPPING NOTE

We ship your order only on working days (Mon - Fri) during working hours (9 AM - 5 PM). Pick up service available strictly limited from Seken Bali during operational hours (Mon - Sat, 8 PM - 10 PM)
